Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking number when it ships.

• During peak periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended—but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

• We offer standard shipping (3–7 business days) and expedited options at checkout.

• All orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.

• We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and selected service.​

 
International Shipping (Outside U.S.)​

• We currently ship to select international destinations.

• Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.

• Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

• Please note: International orders may experience delays due to customs clearance.

 
Packaging & Presentation

• Every order is carefully packed in our signature 8x6x2 custom mailer box, with a reusable travel case included in sleep tape kits. If you're purchasing as a gift and do not want branded packaging exposed, please select "gift packaging" at checkout. 

• We use recyclable materials whenever possible to support sustainable beauty practices.

 
Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@sweetdreamsluxe.com within 7 days of delivery.

• We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly—your satisfaction is our priority.

Address Changes & Order Updates

• Need to update your shipping address? Email us within 12 hours of placing your order.

• Once an order is shipped, we’re unable to reroute packages.
