At Sweet Dreams Luxe Beauty, we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • The item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Due to the personal nature of our sleep wellness products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene reasons. 

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

  1. Email us at info@sweetdreamsluxebeauty.com with your order number and reason for the request.

  2. Our team will respond within 48 hours with next steps.

  3. If approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the item (if applicable).

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
